Clive Burns ("ABO40", "we", "us", "our") operates AnyBodyOverForty.com and provides courses, downloads, calculators and related services (the "Service"). We are based in Australia and handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). 

2. What information we collect

We collect:

  • Information you give us — your name, email address, and any other details you submit when you opt in to a lead magnet, create an account, purchase a product, post in the community, or contact us.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by our platform and payment provider (Kajabi and [e.g. Stripe / PayPal]). They handle your card details directly; we receive confirmation of purchase and basic billing information only — not your full card number.
  • Information you enter into our calculators — such as weight, height and body-fat figures. [Confirm and state here whether this data is processed in your browser only and not stored server-side, or whether it is retained — be accurate.]
  • Information collected automatically — such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and usage patterns, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).

We do not seek to collect sensitive health information. Please do not send us health details you do not want stored.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • provide the Service and the products you purchase;
  • process payments and send receipts and order confirmations;
  • send you the content, updates or emails you have signed up for;
  • respond to your enquiries and provide customer support;
  • operate, improve and secure the Service;
  • send marketing about ABO40 products where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law — you can opt out at any time (see section 10); and
  • meet legal and regulatory obligations, including tax and accounting requirements.

We collect information directly from you (through sign-up forms, checkout, and contact), automatically through your use of the Service (via cookies and analytics), and through our platform and payment providers.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service, under appropriate agreements. These currently include:

  • Kajabi — our course delivery, website and email platform

No system is completely secure, but we take practical steps to safeguard your data and will notify you and any relevant regulator of a breach where required by law.

  • request access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete;
  • make a complaint about how we handle your personal information.
